George has more than 37years of worldwide experience testing numerous chemical processes, building and commissioning chemical production plants, designing mineral extraction processes, and building and commissioning mineral process plants. George is a process patent holder who is a no-nonsense communicator and brings great leadership skills to every project he undertakes.

Rob Buratto - Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer, Chief Metallurgist
Rob has more than 22 years of worldwide experience in a variety of precious, base and industrial minerals using hydrometallurgical and/or pyrometallurgical techniques. He has successfully managed project design teams, developed and overseen testing programs, commissioned and started-up nickel and gold plants. Rob is the calm voice of scientific reason who keeps his head during a project as those around him are losing theirs.

Jack Irvine -  Autoclave Consultant, Geologist, Metallurgist, Educator
Jack has more than 22 years of worldwide experience in precious, base and industrial minerals. From grassroots exploration through mining and process management, Jack has expanded his operational background into a successful design engineering career. He has spent the last 12 years designing, commissioning and operating high pressure/temperature autoclave production plants. Jack has also trained operators, metallurgists, and managers in the safe operation of these plants.
